Cancelling orders and refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You have 14 calendar days to return a course from the date you ordered it.

To be eligible for a return, you are required to give us some feedback on the product and explain why you are dissatisfied with it and your course needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your feedback, we will review it and notify you that we have deemed your explanation to be acceptable then we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
